I think it'd best if we just dedicated this day to ugly boots...after-all they do run the world! This friend of cousin Nicole has managed to make two tones of brown not-completely-irrelevant. In fact I'd protest that she does it so well she could with models off Karl Legerfeld's show. Patterned pantyhose, a buttoned high waist skirt and a stripe shirt and a emerald mint fedora over her semi-curly hair. This look is royale! I should move to Canada, Canadians know what they're doing when it comes to fashion!!
