The fashion at the Billboard Music Awards was not as intoxicating as I had hoped, celebrities either tried too hard or didn't quiet make a good enough attempt. Of course there are a few exceptions here and there. The looks I chose are the ones that kind of stuck out of the whole mediocre crowd. Ok, maybe I'm just angry at the fact that I didn't spot Lady Gaga. :(
