One wise man said once, every child is born an artist the challenge comes from staying an artist as a grown-up. Meeting grown up artists is an honor really, the kind of people who just have a well molded balanced creativity and sensibility interlocking to always harness our energies. I have discovered a story worth telling again, set only by the cyber-curious sail I drive. Paul Jatayna, a "superpop/indie rokker" who really dares to be different is one of the top notch Lookbookers with a average karma of well close to 200 and still going strong. His style so captivation, insanely zany but there is a lot of attention paid to detail with every piece to bring out the most amazing resume. That's the only way to success!
...now I guess you understand all the babble I have been on. I don't rally understand how one person could have so much style. Hint...the answer might lie below.
V1: Tell us a little about yourself. What you consider yourself as in the style scene? Where you’re from,
what you do and how your style is influenced or limited by where you live
PJ: I’m a 21-year old boy from Manila, Philippines. I am 1 of the 3 designers of our bones jewelry, OS. I’m

very addicted to mint chapstick & butterfinger, and I’m a big music geek.
V1: What is the one thing that influences your stay in the style business?
PJ: I guess it’s just innate in me to love style without being influenced by anything.

V1: In three words how would you describe your style?
PJ: Offbeat. Diverse. Romantic.

V1: Are there any achievements you’d like us to know about?
PJ: I think the things you want to achieve in life will always be changing as you mature. I always wanted to be a superhero as a kid. Later on I realized it’s difficult as it seems. Right now my current achievement is dividing my time to all the things I want to do. Tomorrow my achievement will be to become more productive compared to today.

V1: What is the one spring/summer trend you cannot get enough of?
PJ: I have always been fascinated with superhero worship. I think it was 2008 when Rick Owens came up with caped leather jackets-beautiful.

V1: What rules in fashion do you live by?
PJ: I don’t honestly have fashion rules, but if I have one, I make sure I don’t look like everyone else.

V1: How do you keep a stern wardrobe collection without having to strain your hard earned cash?
PJ: That’s always a big problem for me because my hard earned cash is always strained. ☺ example if I want a really nice shirt, I make sure I buy it even though it’s way above my budget. When I don’t have enough money though, I always visit thrift stores and just hoard tons of clothes. My life is crazy like that when it comes to fashion.
V1: What fashion house would you live to work with given the chance?
PJ: Jean-Paul Gaultier, Givenchy, and Rick Owens

V1: How has joining fashion/style cyber-communities affected you style-ego?
PJ: I was more into arts and photography before. Honestly I just got to really be conscious about fashion two years ago when I joinedwww.lookbook.nu. The more looks I posted, the more I get to know how to pick clothes, match pieces together, and play around with different styles. Through blogging and reading other fashion blogs, later on I found myself getting deeper into not just the clothes but also the designers, their different aesthetics, and the concepts behind whatever they do.

V1: Are there any words you would like to give to young people also trying to achieve anything in the style scene?
PJ: Limiting yourself is closing doors for better opportunities. The more you open your heart to different things, the more you see everything in a different perspective
